A smooth half-cylinder of lacquered sheet metal, waterjet-cut with a fine quatrefoil, over a white opal glass diffuser. The cut field stops an inch short of every edge, leaving the solid border band that marks every FRET piece. Four inches off the wall, so it meets ADA out of the box.
