We are a small studio. We keep what we need to answer you and build your order, and nothing more.
What we collect
When you write to us, we keep your name, your email address, your firm if you give it, and the content of the correspondence, so we can answer you and fulfil an order.
When you place an order we also keep the shipping address, the pieces ordered and the payment records our accountant requires. We do not store card numbers; payments are processed by our bank or payment provider.
The site itself sets no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
What we do with it
We use your details to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, build and deliver orders, and, if you ask to join the list, to send occasional news about new pieces. Every mailing has an unsubscribe link, and a reply saying stop works too.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the people who need it to complete your order: the shipper, the payment processor and our accountant.
How long we keep it
Correspondence and order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records, generally seven years. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Write to us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows. We answer within thirty days.
